Evaluation:

Phillip Nolan is a long and athletic prospect whose future may be at the small forward position if he continues to develop his skills. He runs the floor extremely well and is already a solid ball handler for his size, but will need to tighten it up a bit if he wants to play from the perimeter. He is also a good shooter for his size who is capable of knocking down three pointers if left open. He does a good job of blocking shots with his length and is a solid rebounder, but will need to add strength in order to improve in this area.
